i'm so god damm tired today.
slept all the way back on mrt just now.
went to work after beach trng.
today breandan really make me boost my ego man.
i won him in swim,run,board,canoe.
like so damm happy okay.

emily say maybe i shld upgrade myself,
cause i got 2same events as last yr at beach.
& she suggested my doing ironwoman.
wahaha, i don't knw if i wna do lehs.
after tht time the first try at penang, makes me vry scared alr.
it would be fun, but definitely tiring.
i shall see how.

anw, i gna stop work the nxt 2 wks.
cause i think i won't have enough time to train for beach,
if i go work.
& it'll be tiring, & sunday suppose to be a rest day.
i'll get back to work after nationals oficially ends, both pool&beach.

i got abrasion on my knee area, damm pain la.
tml can't cross leg properly alr.
okay, i'm playing webcam with somebody.
making my laugh to the laptop, wth. lol
& currently waiting leo to come back from riding.

i shall go pack my stuff for tml alr,
